Return to sender, otherwise known as RTS, is a process that will reduce aged package volume and increase timely package pick-up from residents. In most cases, the RTS policy was discussed and configured during your property's initial Onboarding. This will help keep your HelloPackage Room organized and ensure the maximum amount of space for new package deliveries.
If you do not have access to the information emailed to the staff after the Onboarding, you can contact the Customer Success Team at CustomerSuccess@packagesolutions.com
