What does the RTS notification say word for word

Example 1 of Follow up notification. This notification means that the resident’s package has been in the HelloPackage room and is approaching the RTS policy deadline.

• Example 2 of Return to Sender notification. This is what the resident receives when their package status changes from Pending to RTS. This process is manual and to receive this message means that someone auditing via the HP Admin app or Web App decided that package(s) needed to begin RTS process.
