Should you receive a notification from the package room and determine that the package in question is not addressed to you or any member of your unit, you can simply click the button "Not My Package," at the bottom of the notification.
If a package was inadvertently assigned to you and removed from the HelloPackage room, please reach out to Support for a code to access the room and which zone to return the package to.
If you believe you still have a package in the room and are unable to locate it, Support can assist with this, as well.
