Reasons Why:
If you received notification from your carrier that a package was delivered for you, but you haven't received a check-in code to your community HelloPackage room, here are some potential reason why:
- Your HelloPackage Profile has not been setup or confirmed by the property staff.
- Delivery Driver overlooked your name in the system.
- Delivery Driver did not scan your package(s) in.
- Notification Setting in Profile are not enabled (SMS and/or Email).
Notifications could also be sent to your email Spam or Junk Folder. (Make sure your email is set up to receive emails from notification@hellopackage.com).
One Time Code (OTC):
If your community supports it, you may have the ability to create a One Time Code (OTC) using a valid tracking number. This code is
- Good for four (4) hours
- able to grant temporary room access so you may search for your package
Note, this code will not provide the zone location of your package and not all communities have this feature. You will need to reach out to Support if you are not able to locate your package.

If this feature is not available in your community, please wait 6 hours after the package delivery time to allow time for notifications to be sent. If you have not received a code after this you can contact Support here.
