Create a draft communication for RTS policy and send it to all residents regularly.

To reconcile the package room successfully:

Step One: Schedule a training session about how to utilize the HP Admin App to reconcile and any other auditing tips from the HelloPackage staff.

Step Two: Audit rooms via the HP Admin app when the Aged Pending Package report is sent to the property management email recipients.
- Step Three: Manually change the status of aged RTS packages from pending to RTS via the HP Admin App.

Step Four: The HelloPackage system automatically sends a notification to the resident once a package has been placed in RTS status.

Step Five: Remove the package from the zone/floor area and place the package into the designated RTS area.

Reach out to your HelloPackage Customer Success Representative to make any edits to the RTS policy as needed.
