Your property management sets a policy as to how packages should be delivered, including deliveries to the HelloPackage room.
Should a resident want any packages delivered to their front door, they should add this as a delivery request with the seller or carrier in question. Please note that HelloPackage or your community leasing staff cannot control what the carriers do and whether they follow instructions to leave packages at your door. If you do not want packages delivered to the community package room at all, the alternate option would be to make arrangements to provide a different delivery address on your orders, and/or re-route your packages with each of the carriers directly.
