HelloPackage Admin Release Notes

The following are software and hardware release notes for HelloPackage, for Leasing Office Staff.

Current Version (9.11.9)

Updates:

• Residents and Admins can now schedule when they receive a One-Time Code (OTC); up to 48 hours into the future.  Click here to find out how.

Fixes:

• Invalid Code error on valid Resident Package Codes.

Version (9.11.3)

• Fixed an issue where users were unable to sign in or reset passwords after initial profile creation.
• CAPTCHA functionality added to "Not My Package" function for all emailed package notifications.
• Fixed issue where some valid package codes return an Invalid response.
• Fixed issue where thumbnails of video feed from HelloPackage Room would fail, resulting in "No Preview," message.
• Nightly Feed will now import records if past or current records have same email address.

Version (9.11)

Updates:

• Ability to filter entries on Security Alerts Page
• Ability to adjust sensitivity/frequency of audio announcements for Zone placement and removal alerts, in the room.

WebApp:

• Ability to set a default for Aged Packages and pull a report for packages that have been in the room too long to be located and possibly removed.
• Delivery video for packages under Issues

Admin Mobile App:

• NEW ability to scan in oversized packages using the mobile device camera

Version (9.10)

• Packages under Issues can be now be changed from an "Unmatched" status to "Picked Up," without a resident being assigned.
• Reconciliation App:
  • Allows one user to work at multiple locations under the same Management Company.
  • Now able to search by Package Code and Resident Name from the main screen.
  • Package list refreshes while Reconciling the room.
  • Able to print HelloPackage Labels from App (sites with HelloPackage Label Printer).
  • Scan to locate packages using QR Code on HelloPackage label (sites with HelloPackage Label Printer).
  • Update package image for existing package records.
• Yardi and RealPage Nightly Feed (where available):
  • Guarantors and Minors not included in Nightly Feed.
  • Roommates of Primary Residents will be added as a standard Resident Profile with "Notice," status where applicable. 
• Webapp
  • Able to search pending packages by age.
  • Option to enable or disable requirement for new resident profiles to be confirmed by Staff before profile becoming active.
  • Residents will be able to see if their profiles are Active or Pending Approval based on Staff verification.
  • Allows Admin User to work at multiple locations under the same Management Company.
  • Ability to Suspend a Resident Profile (Resident will receive not new package notifications)
