Below is a written tutorial:
- Once you log into the Mobile App you are taken to a list of Pending (Active) Packages. These are active codes for packages that are ready to be picked up (left).
- On the same screen, you can tap on History for a list of packages that have already been Picked Up (right).

On each screen you can see the following package details:
- Image of your package (you can tap and pinch to enlarge)
- 6-digit Code
- Carrier (Delivery Company)
- Arrival (Time and date package was scanned in)
- Room (Most sites only have 1 room)
- Zone the package is located on (may include the Floor or Cooler)
- An opportunity to Rate your Package Experience
You can access other options with the Menu bar at the bottom of the screen:
From left to right you have:
- Packages (as seen in the section above)
- One Time Codes
- Vacation Requests
- Your Profile
One Time Code:
In cases where you have not received a 6-digit Package Code for a package that was delivered over 6 hours ago, you can request a temporary or One Time Code (OTC) that provides access to your HelloPackage Room.
Select the Carrier your package was delivered by
Enter the Tracking Number from the Carrier to validate the delivery

Vacation Requests:
A profile setting that suspends your property's "Return to Sender" process, preventing your packages from being returned to the sender if you're out of town and unable to retrieve your packages.
Select Add Vacation Request
Enter the First Day of your vacation (Away) and the First Day back (Home)
Away and Home dates can be entered via calendar (left) or tap the "pencil" icon to enter manually (right):
Add the Description for your request
...and Save
NOTE: Vacation Requests can only be submitted by you. You can also submit Vacation Requests via your profile on a desktop browser (i.e. MS Edge, Chrome, Safari). See the link below:
Vacation Requests
Profile:
Allows you to view and update some of the basic information in your profile and access the Customer Support Page
Edit Profile:
For full access to your profile you will want to access it on a web browser, but in the app you can edit the following:
- First and Last Name
- Other Name
- Cell Number
- Notification Settings: For SMS and/or Email notifications
Help and Support:
Takes you to our Support Page where you can search Help Articles by topic or keywords. You can also access our AI Chat feature to see your Pending Packages, get a One Time Code, and open or update a Support Ticket.
