The following are Software and Hardware Release Notes for the latest HelloPackage update.

Current Version (9.11.9)
Updates:
- Residents can now schedule when they receive a One-Time Code (OTC); up to 48 hours into the future. Click here to find out how.
Fixes:
- Invalid Code error on valid Resident Package Codes.

Updates:
- CAPTCHA functionality added to "Not My Package" function for all emailed package notifications.
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to sign in or reset passwords after initial profile creation.
- Fixed issue where some valid package codes return an Invalid response.

Updates:
- Residents can access updated release notes from their HelloPackage Profile (desktop browser and mobile app).
- When entering the HelloPackage Room, residents will no longer receive audio announcements about package locations. The LEDs for Zones where packages are located will illuminate green and additional package location details will still be available on the indoor kiosk and your mobile app.
- The “Other Name” field in the Resident Profile has been extended to 15 characters.
- Vacation Requests entered in Mobile App will now auto-approve.
- Max days on Vacation Request extended from 7 to 30 days.
- If a package was moved from one Zone to another, all “possible zones” will be displayed under the package information in the Mobile App.
- HelloPackage Mobile and Web App now have a Tutorial to educate residents on available features.
- Residents can scan the QR Code on Package Notifications to pull up package details on the Indoor Kiosk
Package Notifications:
- Increased access to the “Not My Package” option on email package notifications that will send it back to Support for further processing, with no need for a phone call or email.
- Residents will receive an additional notification if the staff has marked their package to be returned to the sender (RTS) to allow package retrieval before it is sent back.
Fixes:
- Resolved issue where “Not My Package” and “Already Picked Up” options in email notifications were not working correctly.
- Resolved issue where residents would be told to verify their email address after already doing so. Residents will now receive a message that their profile is pending confirmation by the Staff. (This issue occurred with properties that require Leasing Staff verification for new residents before profiles are enabled).
- Resolved issue that reversed changes made to phone numbers or email addresses in a resident’s profile.
Mobile App:
- The survey Option is available under the “Rate Your Experience,” button on each package record.
Version (9.10)
- Fixed issue where some residents received error messages when creating a One Time Code (NOTE: One Time Codes not available in all communities).
- Residents will now receive follow up notifications when packages remain in the room for 3 or more days.
