If you are not currently registered in the system for your HelloPackage Room, you can do so by clicking here:
Per the screenshot below, you will need to select:
- The community you live in
- Your apartment number
Enter your:
- First & Last Name
- Other Name if applicable (another name your packages may be address to)
- Cell Phone Number
- Email Address
- Password (8 character minimum, alphanumeric, 1 upper and 1 lower case and 1 special character)
Select ADA if you have a special need that requires packages to be place in lower shelves for ease of reach.
Select if you would like to have new package delivery notifications sent via email and/or text message.
Review and Agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Click Sign Up.
You may also contact your Leasing office for assistance or you can contact our Customer Support Team directly if further assistance is needed. You will still need to provide the same information listed above, however you will receive an email to create your new password.
NOTE: Some properties require a member of the Leasing Office to verify all new HelloPackage Profiles. If this is your community, you will receive a message stating that your profile is "Pending" verification from the Leasing Staff.
